Directions
Take the A30 towards Penzance. At the roundabout, just past Crowlas, take the 2nd exit to Marazion then left at the T-junction. As you enter Marazion there are 3 speed humps followed by a traffic calming island on the left hand side (saying give way to oncoming vehicles). Hobbits is on the left after the traffic calming island. You can unload at the property where you will be greeted and given parking instructions.
